Wyatt Carruthers Jebb were engaged to find a solution that would improve the external appearance, and thermal efficiency and reduce the effects of condensation and reduce/eliminate mould growth within four blocks of flats.

Most of the works were undertaken in occupation and generally comprised the installation of an external render system, replacement windows and doors, loft insulation, modification to the roof eaves, removal of concrete balconies and replacement with glass and steel balconies with pitched roofs, in flat ventilation via extractors and heat recovery units, internal decoration and other associated repairs.
