Wyatt Carruthers Jebb were engaged to provide structural engineering input for the design of new contemporary house of unconventional design, with a main structure comprising of an arched steel frame.

First, ground investigation specialists were appointed and their studies reviewed. Following this, the Architect’s drawings were reviewed, design calculations were undertaken and a number of comments and proposals were made leading to some modification of the design.

Further reviews were undertaken as the design developed to assess new loads applied to the structure.
